In the month of September the packages will be sent once a week instead of daily this will happen on every Monday in September.
Package tracking
All orders are shipped with PostNL.
Packages receive a Track&Trace number so you can track your order via Track&Trace.
When will my order be delivered?
- Ordered today = delivered tomorrowon weekdays and when in stock.
- 2-5 business days if something is out of stock.
Please note: make sure that the correct address details are filled in, if this is not the case your package will be returned and you will be charged €6.95.

Returning
Do the products ordered not meet your expectations? No problem! With us, you get a cooling-off period of 14 days, during which you may abandon the purchase without giving any reason.
If you return your entire order you will then be refunded all costs (of the purchase itself and any additional costs such as return shipping and payment costs) within no more than 30 days ( excluding the cost of the return shipping itself ). As a rule, we refund immediately after checking and receiving. If more items are ordered and you return 1, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
Items will only be returned if they are unused, in original packaging, undamaged and as shipped (envelope or package). You can send the items to the address below:

If you have chosen pickup at a pickup location or if your package is brought to a pickup location due to not being home, you must pick up your order within 7 days. If you do not do so within this time your order will be returned at your expense.
