Shipping & Delivery
- Order before 3 p.m. is delivered the next day (unless the product is sold out wholesale in the interim, you will be notified by email or phone message)
- GRATIS shipping on all orders within the Netherlands over € 75,00 (ex. VAT)
- GRATIS Picking up at the wholesaler is, of course, also possible. In this case, please let us know when you will pick up your products
- € 6,95 shipping costs for all orders under € 75,00 (ex. VAT) within the Netherlands
- We use the ‘normal’ shipping service of PostNL
- You will receive a TrackTrace number as soon as your package is shipped
Replacement products with higher or same quality
We always strive to deliver the products you order in a timely manner.
If a product is unexpectedly sold out, we will replace the product with one that is equivalent or higher in quantity and quality.
You will be notified in advance by phone or email that your product will be replaced with a product equivalent or higher in quantity and quality.
Returns
If you have ordered something wrong please return it.
For returns, we apply the following rules:
- Returns within 14 days
- Return the product undamaged, unused and properly packaged to harswebshop.nl, Graaf Florisstraat 78A, 3021 CK, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
- Please include a cover letter with your invoice number, name and account number with the shipment
- We will refund the amount of the products returned to your account a.s.a.p.
Privacy & Veiligheid
If you place an order with MBE More Beauty Exploitation (MBE) and Harswebshop.co.uk, your data will be included in MBE’s customer database. MBE abides by the Data Protection Act and will not provide your information to third parties. MBE respects the privacy of the users of Resin.com and takes care to keep your personal information confidential. MBE uses a mailing list. Each mailing contains clear instructions (at the bottom of each email message) to remove yourself from this list.

You can pay with us via iDeal and Paypal.
You can also order from us on account: 14-day payment terms. This is NOT possible on your first order ever with us. For orders on account, 3% credit limit is added to the invoice amount, which may be deducted from the invoice amount if paid within 14 days.
We kindly request that you pay your first order in advance using IDeal or Paypal. Any subsequent order may be placed on account.
